The average price per square foot for homes sold in November was slightly lower at $312 compared to $316/sf in October. 
The average days on the market (DOM) 160, was higher than in the two previous months.
On average the homes are also staying on the market longer than in most of 2007.
Currently there are 135 homes for sale in Greenwood Village. Eleven Homes were listed for sale in November. There are four bank owned homes on the market. The price range of the available homes varies from $294,900 (bank owned) to $6,150,000. The price per square foot ranges from $129/sf to $1082/sf.
