For a while there everywhere you turned there was another person who had a bulk REO contact and or someone representing a buyer of bulk REOs. I'm not seeing as much of that lately. Which brings me to my question...
Has everyone closed on their $50 mil deals and now they are on vacation or was this bulk REO business bunk to begin with. What do you say Active Rain? Is it bulk REO boom or brouhaha?
Bulk Sales are real. The majority of them being between 1-3MM take down. I will be happy to supply you with several sold tapes for your review. The difficult part is locating Real buyers and Real Sellers.. Banks do not deal directly with investors. Too many brokers and tire kickers have closed that door long ago.
