Ok. So I have been agonizing for weeks on what to do with my real estate career.  My brother finally said, "Paralysis through Analysis."  That was enough for me to jump start.

I left a small independent agency where I very much felt like family, it's just that there was little business to keep me busy.  I have joined the local office of Realty Executives and am very excited about it.  I start tomorrow.

I would appreciate any words of wisdom from anyone out there who has gone from an independent agency to a franchise.  99.99% of me says I'm doing the right thing.  I guess one should always go with her gut.
