Two Open Houses on The Same Day?

I must be outta my mind! Noon til 2 and 3 to 5. Maybe i'll pick up a few buyers who are prepared to purchase and seriously looking. Still a great way to pick up buyers. Good luck Frank. I've done it before. 2 open houses on one day takes a lotta hustle but it can be done. Hope you get some lookers.

You know what? If you have nothing going on, why not? It is an opportunity to pick up a lead, get your name out there and maybe even, sell the listing!

I've done two house in one day many times and it works out fine...it's the two birds with one stone thing...you already have your signs and flyers and yes, you've gotta hustle but....why not?? I think it's a fabulous idea!
