Danny-Now you know why I was just amazed at what you could buy in Texas.. There are only 13 properties in Manhattan Beach under $1,000,000.. one of the challenges in the CA home market

Jeff-  Prices have certainly shot up in the last five years.  The last year has brought a little leveling to the market but no big declines in prices.. The least expensive property in MB was a 2 bdrm 2 ba about 1000 sqft. townhome on Manhattan Beach Blvd(hi traffic street) was listed at $700,000 and I see it just went into escrow..
