Lead Conversion - Are you missing the boat?

As most of you know, I am the founder of The eHomes Realty Network. My life right now is committed to helping Agents, like you, become stronger and more successful in your business.  Although I teach all aspects of Real Estate such as how to handle floor calls, FSBO's, First Time Home Buyer Seminars, etc., my favorite subject and most useful to you if you are trying to build your business through the Internet, is Internet marketing and Internet Lead Conversion. 

One difference between myself and the many others who proclaim they are experts in this stuff, is that I am a working Real Estate office who practices everything I preach.  Our systems, in our almost 4 years in business (7 years in practical use), has propelled us to the Number 1 Brokerage in Buyer Transactions out of 500 or so offices.  Not bad for a small office that's fairly new.  How do we do this, we do it through our systems that I teach.

Lead conversion is the most important aspect of Internet marketing.  Capturing leads is pretty easy, but turning those leads into customers for life takes a skilled and easy to follow system.  When I developed our system, I knew that I was going to have to come up with the "McDonalds" of Real Estate system.  It has proven to work great and keeps getting better. 

So are you trying to build an Internet program but can't seem to generate a lot of leads?

Are you generating a lot of leads but can't convert them to customers?

Do you follow a system that gives you a step by step easy to follow program?

Are you tired of not getting it and want to see why you aren't being as successful as others?

Did you have proper training, or any training, when you started in Real Estate?

Do you run your Real Estate business as a business or as a job?

Do you have a business plan that you follow throughout the year?

So how are you going to spend 2009? Are you planning on doing the same things you have done this past year?  If you are happy with your results from this year, then you should keep with your business plan.  However, my guess is that most Agents are not happy with their results this year.  If you are one of these Agents, it's time to make some changes.  It really doesn't matter what system you put into place, it's the fact that you follow a system and commit to that system. Of course I'm partial to our 100MPH Marketing System but that's just me! :)

My business plan is consistent, but I  always leave room to try something new. If it works I keep it, if not I try something new in it's place. The market is constantly changing and so should we!-Dinah Lee
