Each year our Broker puts us through a program called "The Real Challenge". He calls it the Ironman of Real Estate. It is a program designed to help us as agents to increase our business. It is not an easy program. Each day you have daily tasks and goals. We have to account for our time and results at the end of the day to our Broker. It is a very long week. Each year as I participate in this program I am reminded of what I love about Real Estate. I love helping people. I love meeting new people. I enjoy the friendships that I have created over the many years. Life can be hard at times but if we meet each day's challenges with a smile and determination, we will be the winners. I have learned that in life, it is only when we quit, that we fail. If we keep trying, WE SUCCEED.
