Sunny Day

Last night Jim (my husband and Real Esate partner) went on a listing apt. in Gaithersburg Maryland. The seller decided to pick us to market his home. One of the reasons he chose us was because he was very connected to what the internet could do for him and he felt like we were very connected to it. Boy I didn't know how Unconnected we really were! After Jim went to bed I was playing on the internet and went to google...I put in "Realtor Ideas"...it led me to Active Rain. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and thought I know alot...but I was sooo wrong!! I am so excited, I have learned so much in just a few hours. This is absolutely wonderful and I had no idea this type of community existed..I am sure it will give me ideas about marketing properties and finding new buyers and sellers. I am not really sure what you write in a blog. Actually last night was the first time I had ever read one. I am going to study what other people write to figure out what I should write and share...I have tons of real estate experiences that I am sure people would find funny, amusing and inspirational..Real Estate for me has been a wonderful career and lifestyle. I look forward to meeting everyone and will enjoy all of your comments. My first question is there a way to spell check??? Have a great day!
