Well , one thing can be said for this economic slowdown : I finally had the time to clean up my gargage and get both cars in it. I thought about a before and after shot but i was too late to get the before and I don't think my wife likes me to advertise how much of a mess our garage was.

I was amazed at how much stuff I found that I had believed lost forever. I found light fixtures and outlets, plumbing parts, all of which I bought more thinking I had none. It's pretty ridiculous to see a full assemblage of all the screws, nuts, bolts, old tile, and hundreds of other tools I may use once or twice. Several times I had to stop working and go watch TV for a while because my brain was getting overwhelmed with the magnitude .  There was another realization at putting all this stuff in order, I am no longer embarrassed to bring people into the house through the garage .

What does this have to do with real estate? probably nothing but it has been a good use of time and put me in a good place where I can focus more on the business I still have.
