Always Be Positive

Always Be Positive
Empower means "putting power into," and it can also mean "bringing energy and enthusiasm out of." So the first step in empowering people is to refrain from doing anything that disempowers them or reduces their energy and enthusiasm for what they are doing.

There are things you can do every single day to empower people and make them feel good about themselves.

What do you do to help others?  Are you a negative or positive influence?

Great post! It is absolutely mandatory to keep a positive outlook in this business. I try to offer my associates positive words of encouragement also. They often return the favor.

Michael...that will keep them around...I always say people will quit on a boss, not a friend!

I even try to offer something positive or of value to my customers...even the ones that tell me NO!!! When I know I got the best deal for them!!!

Thanks Michael for stopping by..come back again!
