I was going to attempt a Open House on Thursday, December 25th, Christmas. 

i don't think I'll do it, but does anyone have any thoughts about it?  It would be from 11AM-2PM and it would take place in South Amboy at my new construction listings.  If anything I am guessing that many people will be in town to visit their family and they might take the time to come in and see some of the townhomes.
