Unless you are getting a VA Loan, 100% financing is going to be next to impossible to find in today's mortgage market. But there is an option that might be right for some folks. Fannie Mae owned properties (foreclosures) may qualify for Express Path financing. This will allow for up to 100% Financing, no appraisal, no pmi for qualifying properties and buyers. Also, if you are a first time home buyer, you may also be able to take the $7500 tax credit for first time buyers.
