Advanced Access is a fantastic resource for Realtors. It's easy, affordable, and "instant"... however, for many, it does leave a little to be desired.
Advanced Access is a template website provider. You pay them a monthly charge, and they give you a website to use. It is by no means unique, but it has a lot of information "built in" - with pages such as "Local Schools", "Community Information", etc.
Here lies the problem - While the website itself is affordable, and fairly informative, and require moderate computer skills to edit/update, there are several serious problems with these "cookie cutter" websites, if not customized properly.
1. Duplicate content will get your BLACKLISTED on Google. You MUST change the "stock" verbage in your website. 2. You are not unique. As a Realtor, you understand the importance of BRANDING! It is vital to maintain a uniform color theme, design, from your business cards all the way to your website, and everything in between.
