Kelly:  These look like pretty decent homes.  Higher in price per square foot than in DFW... but not all that bad.  Also... please explain to me exactly what is a "Craftsman style" home ?  Is it a local architectural style name, or something the builder just calls it ?

Also... from the picture it looks like what I would call a split-level or tri-level inside.  Does it have a fourth level underneath the left side (the main living area) as shown in the picture ?  And... is that a third car garage... just to the right of the home ?  Thanks for sharing.

Thank You Jim!  I am not new to real estate - but I am new to AR, and this was my first post!  I hope to get better at this and contribute some day!

Hi Karen,

In Kansas City, Craftsman-style, relates to somewhat "rustic", but more on the modern side of "rustic" if that makes sense, or atleast that's how I would describe "craftsman".  This floor plan is a split level; yes, it's a Front to Back Split Level.  Thank you for your comments! I am new to AR and learning!
