Location, location, location!!! But, how is location really affecting your business? Our current location is on the water in a high end shopping center where Yachts and Cruise Ships come into port.

Unfortunately, while this helps with second time home buyers and state-side clients... however this does very little for our local market.

We are currently exploring the idea of a Kiosk in the local mall. Our goal would be to grasp a larger share of the local market.

In a world of internet marketing do you feel high traffic locations are worth the extra overhead? Any other thoughts about location and how it affects your business?

Nick, in my opinion, brick-and-mortar locations do very little to promote your business.  In many cases, the high overhead is a hinderance.  I think it's much more important to get out and meet prospective clients wherever THEY are -- in person, online, etc.
