Growth Leader Update 12/8/2008

Well I have been using Growth Leader for about a month now and I have a some prospects going.

Looks like the advertising is starting to work. I am getting a new client every other day or so. Some of them are just looking, but the great thing about it is they are now coming to my site to look for homes.

I am hoping to start converting some of these prospects into Buyers and Seller soon. I think with the Holidays coming up people will be slowing down, but starting in January, things should really pick up.

I am looking forward to next week and to getting some more clients.

Interesting. I have never heard of this before. How much does it cost? If you are recieving that many leads I would have to say its worth it.

Hi Jeff, thanks for your update! For your prospects that are coming to your site, have they expressed to you when they expect to be purchasing/selling? How often are you reaching out to these folks? I'd love to hear about your approach or strategy in turning them into buyers. And best of luck!

Hi Konnie, when you mentioned that "nothing has come through yet," are you receiving visitors to your site and prospects who are registering? If so, it should only be a matter of time when one or more of your prospects actually buy a home. And to Jeff's point, we are reaching a seasonal slowdown right now. All the more reason to capture as many prospects as possible! I'm looking forward to reading your next update with Growth Leader!
