Posting On Multiple Social Network Sites - Help!

Greg, I syndicate to Twitter, Friend Feed, and Facebook from here and the others. When I set up Friend Feed I had to uncheck Twitter as my posts were going in twice. Now that was too much so just make sure you are not double posting. I signed up for Ping.Fm but havent used it much. I'll go look at it again.

You have to make sure that you are double posting stuff everywhere, but you also have to allow for some. I 'm fine with some double posting in FriendFeed for instance but I try not to have it on Twitter or Facebook. I think that you have to look at your goal. I think that if you're posting status updates that include links back to your blog you should be fine and in fact this will drive traffic back to your site which is what you want. 

Technology is making it very easy to do one blog and post it at 20 different sites, but we've all heard how search engines like fresh, unique content, so I'm not understanding why it would be good to have the same blog all over the place.

I am going to try it, already signed up, but not for everything...just a few updates on some outside stuff.  I never put my AR Blog Posts as an automatic feed.

I see Russel was over here on 12/13 but I'm surprised he didn't re-blog this. His comment does, yet doesn't, sound like Russel.
