Well, what do you know...another contract came in yesterday!! I am so thankful! As a new agent this year, I picked a GREAT time to begin my career. I have learned to face my fears and call those FSBOs. I have learned that knocking on doors is not so scary, and most of all I have learned that God is good! He brings me business when I least suspect it and for that I am most grateful. :) If this contract goes to closing, which I am anticipating, this will be home sale number five for me this year. (Plus one home I leased for one year brought in some income.)
I have met some GREAT people along the way (from my office as well as others), had the most wonderful clients, and the bills are getting paid. You know, I cannot ask for anything more than that!
