Kelsey, The overlapping is a collage feature of Picasa.  When you sign-up for photo sharing through Google in addition to file haring space for your photos you can download Picasa 3 on your pc.  Collages are a feature where you can select several photos and it appears like this as if they are tossed on a table top.  

As for selling the listing via AR, not yet, but I do get lookers other than agents.  By the way, this listing is also now in short sale status and currently listed at $399,900.
