Rhinebeck Condos for Sale - Nov. 2008 Market Report


As of  December 1, 2008 according to the Mid Hudson MLS  there are 5 condominiums for sale in Rhinebeck, NY.   The lowest listed price is $289,000 for a 1 bedroom unit with a den and 2 full baths.  The highest listed price is $379,000 for a 2 bedroom unit with 2 full baths.  Also, according to the Mid Hudson MLS only 1 condominium has sold in Rhinebeck in past 6 months.



3 of the condos are located in The Woods which is pictured above.

The other 2 units are located in The Gardens.  These are the only condominium complexes in Rhinebeck and many times there are none availalbe for sale.

Both complexes have pools, tennis courts and club houses.  There is a sidewalk from The Woods that allows you to walk into town to all of the shops, services and restaurants.

Diana - The condo market is not big in Northern Dutchess so those two complexes are appreciated.  I know people who have downsized to The Woods for the very reasons you mentioned.
