As the technology has evolved many Realtors and consumers have moved over to smart phone technology from the basic cell phone. The problem is in a marketplace that has sooo many which cell phone do you buy?

Don't forget to get a phone that has a "talk" feature. Besides all the other tools we have at our disposal today, voice-to-voice is sometimes the best.
