The Metro Atlanta area is full of great places to live, work, and play.  I, myself, specialize in the North Atlanta metro area and would love to share some great information.  Real estate in the northern market has many different types of homes, neighborhoods, and settings.  For some, a farm-themed Equestrian style community such as Carmichael Farms in Canton or The Polo Fields in Cumming will do.  And for others, a large residential Lake Community, such as Windward in Alpharetta, is what they prefer.  Below is a sample of Atlanta cities and neighborhoods, to give you an idea of whats available.  These are some of my favorite cities in all of Atlanta real estate.

Homes in the Alpharetta, GA Real Estate market are usually on the high end for homes in Metro Atlanta.  The city consists of many Luxury Subdivisions, up-scale shopping, and a wonderful park system.  More of an "established" community, new construction is not as abundant as it once was.  Home buyers that want to be close to Alpharetta, but seek affordable new construction, now journey north a few miles to Cumming.

Cumming, GA has always had two things going for it.  It has one of the most visited tourist attractions in the state of Georgia to it's East(Lake Lanier), and has the pristine city of Alpharetta to it's south.  There are plenty of homes for sale in Cumming that include lake and mountain views.  Over the last 5 years new construction has been Cumming's strong point.  Like it's neighbor Canton, GA to the West, Cumming has more affordable luxury style homes also.

Welcome to horse country!  Canton, Georgia is known for it's beautiful farms, mountain views, and of course, great Real Estate!  There is a great selection of Canton real estate for sale at this time.  Although Cherokee County is trying to curb development, there are still many new homes for sale in Canton.  Carmichael Farms for instance is a new Equestrian themed community, that contains homes from the 400s-700s.   Built with an amenity rich "town square", this neighborhood is a one-of-a-kind.
