Run a for profit Business!!

Did I mention that I run a "for profit" business? That's right, I like to make money and I like to make new friends (by the way, I also like to spend it but that's another story all together). That really makes the real estate business a nice fit for me. Somewhere along the way in this world "profit" became a dirty, politicized word and that's plain wrong. If you give a product or service at price or a value that the public will pay, then it's a win-win, so profiting by it is an absolute requirement in order for you to continue to offer that product or service. You can rest assured that if the Miller Team or "Now What" is involved in it; we are making money at it. We are also giving you an excellent service or product as well. So be proud when you make money doing what you do, you've earned it. Most people fail to realize that the service or product you offer has hidden costs to you that they benefit from but will never see. I am of course talking about your education, office, car, and a whole host of other expenses they and of course you take for granted. If run your business with a big "red cross" on top of the building, you won't have it long. One more thing, profit generally happens after you have done everything else you need to do in order to be successful. That's right after the basics are complete it will just happen because you actually "TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS" in the first place. And that's the best part of building a business the right way to start with.
