- Full ownership including the land, fishing lake, forest and the entire Chateau with all the apartment type structures that were used as servant quarters in the medieval times.
- Fractional ownership- most fractional ownerships are for 3 to 5 people. You can choose your own owners to buy with you or you can leave that up to the sales director to sell the fractional ownerships.
- Time share ownership for one week a year for 4 years at the price of € 125,000 Euro.
- Investment shares of ownership with a 8% return on your investment. Each share is being sold for
€ 25,000 Euro or about $27,000 USD
You can set up a company in Luxembourg to title your property in so that your estate will pass to your heirs with no inheritance tax. The closings are done by notaries who represent the government. Notaries in Europe are like closing attorneys in the states.
