Note. In Douglas County Records this subdivision is called Intravest. There is also a small section - two streets: Jaguar Drive and Jaguar Way that are called Wildcat Vista and they are usually listed under Wildcat Ridge or Intravest. The two streets are the streets on the east side of Quebec, closest to Highlands Ranch (The Hearth subdivision). For clarity and the purposes of this report the subdivision is collectively called Wildcat Ridge.
