Susan - thanks for the stats - they make interesting reading!

Looks like the median sold property has one more bedroom and an extra  200-300 sqft than the active for sale props do - makes sense that bigger houses sell more quickly than smaller ones in a declining market.

Also as you have pointed out before, the good ones sell fast.

What percentage of sales are short sales approximately? And how long are those on the market? Just trying to understand if it's worth chasing a short sale or if the odds are still fairly remote of making a deal.
