Again all eyes are turning to the ongoing drama between the Big 3 automakers and Congress.  With no economic reports due out till tomorrow bonds will be following stocks lead. 

Technically speaking - the FNMA 5.5% 30 year bond bounced off key support levels yesterday and is now being dragged along by the 10 day moving average.  Bonds are taking a breather from being in the overbought range - always a good sign..

I am recommending to

  LOCK your mortgage rate.
