As you can see, sales this month are down from this time last year. However, the number of sales have increased from last month. If we maintain the current sales rate, we should have 4,706 sales this year. With all the media talk of housing bubbles and real estate crashes, the buyers have become extremely cautious. If not for the news, sales would not have slowed and would have exceeded last years totals. That being said, it doesn't mean they still can't or won't. We are approaching summer, which is the best time to move if you have children or want to move in good weather.
