Brad is someone that I respect and who knows his stuff, I don't blame you for being skeptical, but ... at the very least, be open to the concepts.
Even if you don't do any CPA marketing for ad networks, but just use the same principals in your own marketing you're ahead.
These guys are very real, I hope you'll at least take a look at the report, its' pretty amazing.
Even if you just examine the marketing itself ... why not do a nice, high quality report like that for your business - "Investmet Property Secrets Revealed" - dress it up like a TOP SECRET report like they did and add some "spice" to your internet presence.
