9 Comments on Lubbock gas prices...DRILL BABY DRILL!
Oh my goodness. I hope that is coming our direction. About the least expensive I have seen is $1.59 but I was in The Woodlands today so didn't pay attention as I couldn't see the price for the trees anyway.
Jeff and Lisa,
Your premium grade is well below what we have here for regular - in the $1.70s. :)
Steve
Steve - Where do you live?
Marchel - I know that's right about the trees and all those sign restrictions in The Woodlands. You may have to go to a different part of Houston to find cheap gas. But then, what's the point if you have to drive around to find it, right? 1.59 sure beats 3,59 doesn't it?
Jeff and Lisa,
Great post! I paid $1.35 in Little Rock last week. Gas in Searcy is higher than anywhere, $1.59 and we have the oil distributors here. It is a shame when people are greedy!
Thanks Mary Paul ... $1.32 in Lbk today!
Jeff and Lisa,
That Phillips 66 sign with the low gas prices makes me miss Tulsa, OK. My husband and I lived out there for a few years and we were upset when gas was $0.99 per gallon back in the 90's (and it was still cheaper there than it was everywhere else). I live in Cincinnati now (where I am originally from), and we have been in the $1.70's. Enjoy those prices!
Dawn - Thanks for the comments...BTW, we are back up to $1.48, but I'm not complaining!
Looks like they may have heade up tjhis week in our area. I don't think we broke $1.40 yet.
