Surprise Surprise! Interest rates are holding, steady growth of our economy is a plus, at least that is what the  speaker at todays RIOC meeting says! I don't know I did open house and see lot's of buyers looking! Where oh where are those escrows stamped closed? As a side note, we (Real Estate Agents) living in Dana Point, Laguna ect. don't all tote guns, we actually work real hard to get those listings and buyers! I also give great referral fees!
