In the past this type of market has been very difficult for first time home buyers, or buyers qualifying for loans where they could purchase a home that needs work.

In todays market we are finding that a huge majority of the homes are REO's that need major repairs.

This had been a problem for most buyers who qualified for FHA loans only.

Now with the prices being so low, and buyers having to qualify for full doc loans, we are seeing many qualify for fha. The FHA 203K Streamline loan is perfect!!!!

Not only is it great for buyers, but its great for home owners with older homes that are in need of updates and repairs. home owners can refinance, fix up there home, then w hen the market gets better, they can sell it for top dollar!!

This program can benefit so many people.

Agents, Make sure your clients know about this program, it is a great benefit to you as an agent to know as much as you can about it.
