Aroostook County, the northern section of the state is as big as Connecticut and Rhode Island with half the state's crime rate, no traffic and 11 people per square mile. You can warm up to those numbers in your day to day life compared to the 1000 people per mile in say New Jersey. But you like traffic, crime, smog where you live now right? Top it all off with Maine low low cost homes, farms, waterfront and land and "Vacationland" has gotten your attention as a place to live full time or to spend time for four season recreation. You want to invest here and are hungry for more details before you slide behind the wheel to drive here or climb aboard a plane to see for yourself first hand. That's where video or movies come in...you don't tell the person, your don't make them read, you SHOW them the local flavor, the turf. And beside real estate blurps, they already know you get alot of real estate for a little money, they want to be shown your town or city. Hospital care you have, what are there for jobs, how many banks and how to contact all these people, etc. Community videos do that..the web surfer just sits back and watches the show. For full time Maine real estate viewers, they want to see the sports the local schools offer and details on the schools. I have a son on the local 
moving here gets a feel of "being here" at the events your post on line. Check out the fourth of july parades, the many local lakes and so much that Maine offers
