Hi Irina the chart is great but why not explain what the statistics mean to your readers. There many that don't know how to interpret this data. A short explanantion would go a long way...just my 2 cents:)

Hi Irina!  Just stopped by to say hi and see how your blog is doing.  Interesting stats for South Pas.  Were there really 0 pending sales in November?  Your prices are still high so it looks like you have weathered the economy quite well!

Hi Diane, Yes... pretty strange with no pendings... but the inventory of existing homes on the market is priced significantly higher ($518 vs. $463 per sq. ft.) than those of closed sales.  South Pasadena home buyers are quite educated and are waiting for the sellers to see the light.  :-)
