Thank you for your comments and feedback . . . I'm actually going to talk with my photographer Jeff and ask him to send me that picture of his feet and add the image to this posting.

We completely agree with the comment that it's a 'combination of equipement & skill' . . . our services here in Colorado have remaned popular despite the flat real estate market mostly because of the convenience our service offers & the professional impression a broker gains from hiring a skilled photography expert.

I'm sure many of our top clients own camera equipment that would be more than sufficient for taking pictures of their listings, but they bring alot more value to the table when they hire a professional for this specialty service, not to mention their sellers think the broker is investing alot more to bring in a photographer than what our service actually costs.
