Viera, Suntree and Rockledge, Florida Market Update

Florida's Space Coast remains the place for buyers to find a deal!I ran the numbers today - that is the number of real estate closings from Jan 1, 2007 through April 24, 2007 (today) compared to the same period last year.  It seems for Central Brevard County (Suntree, Viera and Rockledge) the number of closed sales is about the same as last year. That is not a surprise to me. However, the average sales price is less. The average sales price for March 2007 was about $200,000. On the positive side, the number of homes sold increase by 16%. Yes, it is a buyer's market as the inventory is up, the competition is keen, and sellers are giving breaks and concessions! Going out in this market? Call a Realtor who knows the area!

Regardless of the price point of the house you want to find, you will certainly locate it here in Central Brevard County. The location can not be any better. Close to the beaches, Orlando only 45 miles away, Miami 200 miles south, Tampa 130 miles away..... If you have never been to the Cocoa Beach area, you must give us a visit.
