Congrats Yvette! Isn't it grand having celebrities in your area?! I'll be sure to watch, root for Bruce and think of you while watching!
Hey, that's cool of you to do a blog about your hometown celeb! Have you ever met him or seen him around?
Yvette,
Being from Nashville, I understand the cooln4ess of having some of the locals make the Grammy list. It is something for which to be very proud.
Keeping it real
Bo
Yvette~How cool is that?? A hometown Grammy winner!! Maybe you should send your Blog post to him...he might be in the market for a new house if he wins!! :)
I had no idea Bruce was from Williamsburg....I've always enjoyed his music.
I hope everything is well with you and that you are almost ready for Christmas!
I had no idea that Bruce Hornsby was from Williamsburg. I used to love (I guess I still love it) that Mandolin Rain song he sang. It would have been cool if I had run into him when I used to live there.
Bruce Hornsby gone country? Well I'll be. We have a lot of celebrities with second homes here. I'm surprised there's not a company that produces "Maps to the Stars" here like there in L.A. Hmmmmmm.
Yvette - Just want to drop a note and wish you a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year 2009; hoping everything is allright with you, since I have not seen you posting any blogs lately. Miss you!
I didn't know Bruce Hornsby was still making music but glad to hear that he is and that he is still making great music! Awesome!
I am still waiting for you to pass that 100,000 point mark...you are so close!
Happy New Years!
Yvette, I love Hornsby and a lot of his music! I didn't know he was born there but what great trivia. I have a few of his CD's. I really like the old stuff better. Happy New Year!
Hi Yvette- I really like Bruce Hornsby. I have some of his older stuff with the Range.
Yvette And people thought Virginia only made US Presidents - excellent post, Karen
Wow, I knew Bruce was from Williamsburg, but did not know about this latest accomplishment. Thanks for sharing!
