Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am a Residential and commercial building inspector. I have a few investors as clients. They use my services to look at potential purchases for them before they travel to the area to see in person a piece of property. The 3 groups I work with are all from out of state and we have an agreement that works for us all. They get a discount when I look at multiple properties. This saves them money 2 ways. The discount plus the time and expense it would take them to travel here to look at a property they are interested in only to find out it wasn't what they expected or was to flawed for their needs. I would recommend to all investors to look for a relationship of this type if considering buying property out of state. I also do their yearly inspections to make sure their tenants are maintaining the property. Be it a business leasing the property in a commercial building or a tenant in a residential property. Just wanted everyone to know a bit about me and what I do. Have been in Construction industry for about 15 years all in all.
