How attractive an idea to NOT use a photo. I kind of like your idea. Sure makes for a lot less picture pressure.
yes I am also42 and yes we can change that much. LOL I have often been hesitant on posting my picture. But it seems to be the standard doesnt it?

I think that pictures are important and even more important that they really look like you. Not just some glamor shot from 10 years ago, but one that was taken within the last 2-3 years...
@ Diane - My "girl" picture resembles me - that is better than a bad photo of me!!!
@ Laura - I have heard that I "have" to have my picture, I never really did and even had that girl on my yard signs - people recognized that A LOT more than a regular photo!!!

@ Michael - The thing that I don't like is that will change A LOT over time and it makes it really hard to brand yourself with a picture.
