I wish I didn't sell is what my father always said. Or I should have bought the whole street 30 years ago. I wish I had a Crystal Ball. Tell her to just move forward and not to look back, because I am sure everyone wishes they didn;t do something.

She is, she has two rentals and a primary home and is in the process of buying a third rental that should close Thursday.
