It may be redundant, but vacation homes are not always in resort communities, and in fact, are often very different.  So I thought it would be worth a try.  I am recruiting members for our group, so please sign up if you would like to share ideas, tips and tricks, rent by owner websites, and lots of other valuable information.  So far we have Colorado and Oregon represented.  How about Florida, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan, Idaho, Utah.  There are lots of you out there and I want to pick your brains!
