As you may have heard, interest rates are currently near record lows set back in 2003-04!  And even though we anticipate that we may see some additional movement both up and down these rates today are still historical.  

With the recent drop in interest rates the advantages of purchasing and refinancing are back in the spot light, and despite all the media hype mortgage financing is not much different than it was just a few years ago. 

One of the questions we get asked all the time are "what are your rates" I hope you will appreciate the graph below .
