How is the real estate market doing in the Almaden Valley area of San Jose? We can look at a few key indicators to get a pulse on the current market in the San Jose, 95120, area.  Today on my Silicon Valley Real Estate Blog, I pulled the numbers out for the median list price, average days on market, and inventory levels. 

Overall, it remains a buyers market for condos, townhouses, and single family homes in Almaden Valley. This is true in all price ranges (the post referenced breaks the data down by quartile) too. Here are a few highlights:

• Inventory is improving. This may be a seasonal fluctuation

• Days on market are increasing

• Median list prices are declining among houses and flat for condos as a whole (with variation between the quartiles)
