Whew...finally got in to comment.

I LOVE historic homes...even if they're remodeled...we KNOW that the history is behind the home. That smokehouse is beautiful and no doubt I'd pick that to be a guest house (mine) too :)

William.  I'll send a photo of the house.  I's a beauty and in a fantastic community.  Western Howard County has several similar communities.

Terry.  It is special isn't it??  Yes, this home is in supurb condition.

Katerina.  Enchanting is the word for this home.  The community offers new luxury homes, but this is the original farm property before the golf course and subdivision.
