Absolutely ALIVE!!! I had a bank tell me that they would not loan money on a house because of more than 5 Foreclosure within a quarter of a mile from the home. I live in a nice area and I have more than 5 Foreclosure within a .25 of a mile from me. The buyer had a 740 credit score and putting 20% down!! Go Figure!!
