**I have to use white sofa set and coffee table my client has alraedy to make design. I like this one also. It is not staging design so I can use any color I like!

Misako, how do you create these photo pages for your client and us? I would love to know, it helps to see something.

Hi Misako, as always you've done great! I use mostly asian themes in my staging of vacants. I have tons of bamboo plants in my inventory and buddhas and all kinds of asian things. I love using those props. It creates a sense of serenity and calm. I'll be blogging soon about my cool idea to make a shoji screen like headboard. Its a one two three step and easy as pie to do. I too would like to know how you create those photo pages? Please share your secret.

I made it for my client by power pointe presentation file. You can email files to aviod having too many meetings especially for Interior Redesign. Compared to staging design, clients requet more about colors, functionality, durability since they have to live with it.

I missed your comment, Terry. I made by power pointe. If your client doesn't have power pointe on thier computer, you can save each page as "JPEG" to send as each picture presentation board.

You can copy and paste items you found on internet and make your own theme. It helps me to see how everything looks together as well.

I am looking forward to seeing your asian props ideas!!

I will post my other easy and cheep decoration ideas too!
