  • With rents creeping up in the Rogue Valley and good rentals sometimes hard to find, and almost 300 homes listed for sale for under $150,000 that might keep you at the $1,000 per month payment (including principal, interest, taxes, PMI, if applicable, and insurance), who wants to rent!
