Mortgage Rates are SMOKIN' right now!!!!! Don't miss out!

Rates are great right now. If you're thinking about purchasing or refinancing, DON'T DELAY! No telling how long this will last. 5% on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage was doable today.

Nows a great time to get'r done.

So yes y'all, there is a Santa Clause.

Wayne if anyone is looking to buy or refinance,this is a great time to do it. With a 5.04 interest rate,this is historically low rate. Have a great weekend. Great post.

What's going on with AR? I'm not recieving notifications of reponses on my blog????

Anywho! Now let's see what Monday brings...

I have a couple of Reverses and a Conventional Refi I need to work on and get apps prepped for Monday. This week has been great, I've been working basically from the time I wake up, til the time I go to bed, and there hasn't been much sleep with everything bouncing around in my head. Sad when you go to bed at 2a.m. and are seriously thinking about getting back up and starting work for the day at 5a.m. with very little sleep.
