    Jordan,

I know you're a member of "Generation Huh?," but please: check your spelling. Typos abound in this blog. (You've "complied" some of the most interesting sites?) Us real estate people have a reputation as "not too bright"; you're only exacerbating this situation.

It is nice to see all of these sites being collected and shared to market listings through. I have also spent countless hours looking through these sources in pursuit of a home and found that I spend a lot of time on-line. From this annoyance I have co-founded a web site that actually is an inclusive search engine for property listings, www.homsale.com. We list all available properties for Wisconsin and Minnesota and are expanding every week.

What this means for Realtors is a chance to list all of your listings on this site for FREE. We are dedicated to enabling home buyers to find their dream homes as efficiently as possible. We also are always looking for feedback on features that Realtors are looking for.

07/07/2007 11:42 PM by Stuart McIntosh (homSALE)

I put my listings out on these and they are great.  Anytime you can market a home for free is bonus for us and it impresses the sellers that their home is out on the internet so much.

07/11/2007 06:14 AM by Bradenton Real Estate - Linda Reynolds

Great Links Thank you. It is hard to find good free sites out there. I Googled mortgages in my area and in the top 3 spots when I clicked on them my screen filled with pop ups and redirected pages.I would say that isn't good. Your links are great and we in the mortgage business would be well served to follow that example

Thanks for posting this!!! I have been on Active Rain for a week now and have added so many fantastic online marketing features for my listing. Jordan, I have absolutely subscribed to your blog. This information can help us all to improve, look more professional and therefore make more money : ) The least I can do is subscribe to the blog. There are a few sites I hadn't checked out  - I love vflyer.com and am just looking to try out the point2agent.com one too. There's so much to do ..... LOL : )

You can go forever and post on free sites.  I will hopefully do an analysis of the return for your time on these postings.  Sure, any exposure is good, but would your time be better spent other places?  I don't know the answer, but it would be a great study.
