Get out there and shake up the Media, we have to drive this from the inside out. Our local Realtors got together with the Media and we presented our views, we gave them our numbers and how we see the market. This is the news that they are going to start using.
Perception is the number one thing influencing our market, and it is Media driven. We are striving to change this and pulling together as a community, no more red, blues, and whites, just Realtors looking out for each other.
